My Method of Making Brupaks Kits

Place cans in boiling water for 10 mins to loosen the extract and make it easier to pour.

Pour the contents of the cans into a large saucepan, the one in the picture comfortably holds over 6 litres.

Rinse out the cans by filling with boiling water, waiting a moment and stir in any remaining extract.
Use oven gloves to pour the cans into the pan. Top up the saucepan with boiling water to within about 1 1/2" of the rim.

Bring to boil and as the wort begins to foam, stir and fold this back in, if necessary reduce
or remove the heat to prevent boil over, allow to boil for 10 mins. Note, if using an electric
cooker, you'll need to remove the pan from the heating plate to remove the heat source.
(have a jug of cold water handy and add a drop if it looks like it is going to boil over).
